Smokey Mountains

When there is a hookah, or other smoking object, going around a room and someone is sitting in the circle and forgot to wear a belt. When another member of the group notices that they have half of the ass hanging out of their pants the member proceeds to blow the smoke down their friends pants. Therefore creating smokey mountains.

Look kyle, sadie over there isnt wearing a belt. I know steve we should go over there annd give her a smokey mountains.
