A deleted user is someone who has been exposed and is desperately hiding. They would even be willing to remove themself from society or change their identity.

Evan became a DeletedUser after he was caught pleasuring himself with a picture of a ladybug and a Greek teacher. He deleted all his social media and decided to move to a different country and school.
