Straight from Fairfax Califoria is where this cutty word came from.
1. A person who is in touch with reality, loves and respects everybody for who they are.
2. A geekr whos been doing yalo all day and is driving. When he or she comes down hard and can't wait to get home, they pull over and hits bump. While doing this they CUT up the yola. Thats why stoners hit cuts. A coke head or stoner is a cutty because they becomn from the cuts.
