Get the rep boostermug. Someone who gets people's hopes up with talk about unity and peace. Someone who gives people a false sense of morale, which doesn't really do anything for them.
At least if the guy/girl who wasn't a morale booster/motivator wasn't going to do anything for anybody else, he didn't lie to them to make them feel like everything was going to be better than it was. Lighting a fire under somebody's ass is really just a way to get somebody else do what you want them to do, or be in line with your agenda, and being a morale booster/motivator is not much different.
