A term used to described someone who is confused. It's also a film made in the 2000, that I definitely did not just find out by searching it up.

Bamboozled

Bamboozled means, quite literally, to be so struck by something it feels as though you have just been whacked by a bamboo in the middle.

As it is not a particularly enjoyable sensation, the connotation of the word is rather negative.

Unless you actually like being whacked by a bamboo stick.

When this clown showed up in the middle of my shower I was ever so bamboozled!
