A fatal disease in which one's actions, quotes, apparel, or overall self suffers from extreme (or total) hideousness.
total hid - adjective

Examples
1. Wearing high waters, thick white socks and high heels and thinking you're cute.
2. Lying to yourself and others by saying everyone thinks you're hot.
3. Smashing soda cans on your forehead and thinking you're cool.
