A slang term meaning extremely intoxicated by alcohol. This is a popular term in SW Scotland, especially in Dumfries. It is sometimes pronounced "Biscuit Ersed" or "Biscuit Airsed"

Get the Buscuit Arsed mug.Losing the feeling momentarily from your bum to your toes. Accompanied by a tingly feeling when it comes back. Usually brought on by fear, the term refers to the idea that you have dunked your bicuit in a cup of tea, and it has now turned to mush - this is what happens to the lower half of your body.
Watching a TV programme about space, the universe, other cosmic forces - the fear that one cant comprehend we are living on a little ball floating in the middle of nothing that goes on forever - brings on the biscuit arse reaction. It's easier to just think the world is flat - no biscuit arse then.
