The feeling you get after a night of drinking or partying, as you remember something horrifyingly embarrassing you've done the night before. This feeling may sink in as you go through your text message or call history, or hit you midday at work as you remember your bad decisions. You silently hate yourself. It's a sunburn, but of shame.

I just went through my texts from last night and I'm having massive shameburn.

Shammers are usually lazy people that smoked lots of weed back in the day and joined the Army, thus becoming shit bags and shamming out on everything. Shammers also carry around a belief of FBGM.
