Respulsive

A portmanteau of "responsible" and "repulsive," used to describe one who acts in a thoughtful, considerate manner but is ugly as fuck and/or a degenerate at heart.

"Man, I love that John gets things done on time. I guess you could say he's respulsive."
"What the fuck does that mean?"
"Oh, it means he's responsible and all, but ultimately he's a rotten piece of shit."
