Emphasis on the word "go". If you want someone to look at someone, or to do something... fast, say gogogo. You may add an infinite amount of "go"s on the end, but add to many, and you may look like a retard.

Googoots (Cucuzza)

Literally, in italian, a big squash. Used as slang it means "a useless person." In other words, all that person is good for is to sit there like a big squash and get bigger. It can just as easily be derogatory as well as joking.

I was going to get Frank to fix my Mustang, but then I remembered that as far as mechanics go, he's a total googoots (cucuzza).
