A term originally used to describe the indiscriminate actions of Jordan D. colloquially known as "Jornado" once he is extremely inebriated and is freed from all concepts of inhibition or self control. The term has evolved into usage to describe when any individual let's their emotions get the best of them and said person commits overtly destructive acts, speech, or a combination of the two.
