A stupid person who coordinates their quirky mannerisms.
They labelled his behaviour as an idiotsynchrosy when he fell over his own feet again while coming back from the bar and accidentally falling inline with the boot scooters where his uncontrollable eye ticks coordinated with the music. The crowd gave him three cheers but he asked them for one more as he doesn't like odd numbers.
