The act of acrobatically climbing atop of a bathroom stall, facing the door, pulling down your pants and firing a turd down into the toilet. Sometimes unskilled sky poopers may attempt this stunt, resulting in a misfire, creating a mess for the bathroom maintenance staff.

I was bored at the office the other day, so I decided to practice my sky poop during my lunch break.

That's probably the stuff your children eat from the ground every year after Santa passes your house.

Child: "Daddy look! Santa's reindeer dropped some chocolate for me!"
Father: "Well Son, that's what we call poop from the sky."
