E.coli does it better

a smug statement used by biochemical engineers while in conversation with chemists, once this is said it will often cause a heated debate between the two scientists. this relates to the fact the the E.coli bacteria can be modifided to produce chemical compounds, stealing the job of chemists.
chemist: 'I'm designing a process to produce a new anti-A.I.Ds medication'
biochem engineer: 'You do know that E.coli does it better'
