A small hairy animal, usually sent to your college PO box, that follows you wherever you go, constantly insulting you and sometimes scratching and biting your arms and legs. He often causes you to miss school and work, and he alienates all your friends. Often fatal.

When you lean over someone else's desk at work while they are sitting at it, and use their keyboard and their mouse to do something or show them something on their computer. It's sometimes necessary and quicker than giving them instructions but slightly annoying for them nonetheless.

When a methhead does something f'd up. (or messed up)
Meth-heads by nature have nil, or at best, limited teeth left.
Hence the pronunciation of "Meffed Up".
Can be used to describe a person's appearance, or an egregious situation, the term can be used quite broadly and still remain effective in meaning.
