Ultimate spew 

The ultimate spew, (also known as the triple threat) is the theoretical situation in which a person sees or hears so upsetting that he defecates, vomits, and urinates instantly and simultaneously. Theoretically if someone sees another person ultimate spew that person then ultimate spews causing a chain reaction.

In reality no one knows what would happen to a person who is having a triple threat. So much pressure may be put on the bowels it may cause serious internal injury.

So my girlfriend broke up with me and then I ultimate spewed all over her. She looked at me for like three seconds then ultimate spewed. Her dad was in the next room and came in to see what was going on, and when he saw both of us he had a triple threat himself. I’m now no longer aloud to get within 100 feet of the family.

Pen-ultimate Spew 

The Deepwater Horizon oil spill (also referred to as the BP oil spill, the BP oil disaster, the Gulf of Mexico oil spill, and the Macondo blowout)

There seems to be no standardized term to describe this event, which occurred on 4/20/2010.
"Penultimate Spew" describes both the magnitude and messiness.

Oil from the pen-ultimate spew is still washing ashore after 4 years.
