Emma Keyworth

Dearest Emma,
To begin with I would like to wish you a happy 15TH Birthday! I hope you have a wonderful day filled with lots of love and laughter. Read below for a little surprise...

I bet you weren’t expecting this. I am writing this to you on Urban Dictionary because I want the world to know how much you truly mean to me. You have always been there and supported me through everything, I’m so freaking grateful for that. Every time we hang out we always create long lasting memories with each other. Remember about the shit in the toilet, and that weird girl eating everything with a fork. Anyway, You always put yourself down saying your stupid, ugly and worthless but your not. You are one of the most beautiful, intelligent and wonderfully talented individuals I have ever met. Your open minded, opionated, caring and genuine - and that’s what I admire most about you. I cherish our friendship so much. I KNOW THIS IS GOING TO SOUND FAR FETCHED BUT I LOVE YOU AND YOUR THE BESTEST FREAKING FRIEND EVER!!! I wish you all the best in life , and I hope we continue being friends.

With Love,

Ava 💗

You think me an old fogeyand an old tory, his thoughtful voice said. I saw three generations since O’Connel’s time. I remember the famine. Do you know that the orange lodges agitated for repeal of the union twenty years before O’Connel did or before the prelates of your communion denounced him as a demagogue? You fenians forget some things. (James Joyce, Ulysses. Penguin Books,1992. p. 38)

church hurt

church hurt is where you experience a degree of distance, pain, or judgement from your church community. Essentially, you are just unable to “find your place”. This is prevalent in the Christian community, but can be extended to other religions.
Now that I am an adult I am beginning to heal from the church hurt that was inflicted on me as a child.

Huge. Surpassing normal expectations.
I was fishing with a Spinner Bait and a HONKIN pike came after it and hit it . Felt like a lawnmower running over a brick.
