Someone who will say one thing that sounds good, but when it comes to actually doing it, does the opposite.
Comes from Nick "Dick" Clegg's campaign in which he said how he will help Britain if he becomes PM ands when he did he backstabbed everyone who voted for him(namely in raising university fees).

Guy 1: i promise to keep university fees down.
Guy 2: got my vote and your in power. nice to keep fees at £3000

A gamer term for "fucked up", especially referring to odd or strange accidents that are seemingly impossible to achieve within the normal laws of physics. Named after PlanetSide 2 developer Adam Clegg, who is notorious for his ability to push further the frontier of physics simulation and game engines.

Player 1: "That drop ship looks like an ostrich with its head in the sand."

Kentucky Clogger

Clogging a public toilet with a entire roll, two if available, of toilet paper. Then dropping the most massive, heinous shit one can muster up into the clogged bowl. This is followed by the most important feature of the Kentucky Clogger. With an empty toilet paper roll or one’s finger, depending upon preference, scoop up a little dollop of shit and write “Mitch was Here!” on the toilet seat.

I stopped at the truck stop to snap a douche and medicate my trucker’s knuckles and every stall had a Kentucky clogger.

I was surprised when I visited the rest room at the capital on the side of the House. I found a Kentucky clogger. I’m didn’t think Mitch left the senate to go over to the house.
