Someone (usually a female) who constantly hangs out at bars or nightclubs striking up conversation or interrupting other peoples' conversations in the hopes you will buy them a shot or drink.

Dale can be a lot of fun when we first get to the bar. But after awhile he can turn into such a shot whore. Especially if it's a few days before pay day.

The term is commonly used at clubs rather than house parties.

The whole place can also be shot if people are high too.

Some one who in a video game and normally gets host will use the shotgun non-stop and wait in a area of the "map" A.K.A "level" where you are forced to battle in very short distances where he/she will kill you instantly.

Tommy won't put that damn shotgun down, he's such a shottie whore.

Shotgun Whore  

A person who overuses/abuses the shotgun in a videogame such as Halo, often using it as their only weapon. Rocket whores hide out of sight, usually around corners or behind objects, and fire on other players as they pass. This strategy is used to compensate for a general lack of skills or poor aim.
