litster 

Derivation of a hipster, with particular interest in literature. Litsters are involved in writing poetry, fiction, or non-fiction memoirs. Litsters regularly read books published by McSweeney's, but swear off New York Times bestsellers unless it is, by chance, a McSweeney's publication (e.g. Dave Eggers' works). Other litster favorites include Kerouac, Bukowski, Thompson, Vonnegut, Foer, Franzen, Zadie Smith, etc. Litsters will typically shop at independent booksellers (who carry McSweeney's items) over larger conglomerates. Typical litster apparel follows that of a hipster: black-framed glasses, ironic t-shirts, stripped ties, blazers. They invest in the newest accessories (e.g. iPods), yet their Chuck Taylors will always look filthy.

Powell's better stock up on latest Chabon or they'll have some angry litsters on their hands.

Slang phrase for smoking marijuana. From the movie Super Troopers wherein the troopers are messing with some stoned college-aged kids that they've pulled over on a highway. Lt Ramathorn asks them if they know why he pulled them over and they reply that they don't know. Ramathorn then starts saying mto them, "Littering aaannd... Littering aaannd..." several times and then finally says "Littering aaannd......smokin' the reefer."

Listerine infection 

Listerine infection refers to a medical condition caused by the excessive use of listerine or similar antiseptic solutions used to maintain oral hygiene. Its symptoms include a rise in temperature, walking sideways, stalking your exes new girlfriend, a bitter taste in your mouth, cardiac insufficiency and apoplectic stroke like symptoms.
