Buddy: "It was absolute cantropy! Jake tripped and fell face-first into the cake, and cousin Benny lit his hair on fire with a sparkler, then fell in the pool. "

A measure of the unavailability of a socially-oriented online venue's activity to maintain a coherent or useful dialogue.
In layman's terms; the resemblance of such a community to 4chan.

The theoretical end to meaningful online information exchange by way of total chantropy is often referred to as "the meme-death of the internet"
