The side-to-side pivot of the upper body with arms at side or behind, such that the breasts pivot in plain view. Typically done as a "notice me" action.

As the saleswoman endeavored to demonstrate the features of the electric bicycle she first leaned low with her drop neck top revealing her well shaped cleavage. In lieu of response from the customer, she stood back, arms behind her back and unconsciously breast waggled to get his attention.

(N) a group of penises (generally considered to be 3 or more). Analogous to a flock of sheep or a murder of crows.
