A christmas gift donated to a charitable organization, but very cheaply crafted, and ultimately chosen as an alternative to buying a real present. Generally the types of people that send these gifts, are only doing so in order to falsely represent their personality, likely to gain the love of a fair maiden.

That guy i went out with last week, he was so sweet, but then i saw him sending out hifts to a bunch of needy people. What a cheap ass.
