we people whom feel that humanity is a horrible race of cruel and heartless people and that therefore we could not possibly be a member of them. we believe that we are something else, or at least partially so...

and while some of our number do fall under the category of a "furrie" they are not the majority and also, not all of us think we are something else, but we still wish that we where.

Otherkin 

A person who actually believes that they're an incarnated non-human spirit or identifies as one.

This non-human spirit could be an animal, mythological being, fiction character or anything else that's not entirely human.

There are sub-types of otherkin, including deitykin (aka. avatars), divinekin, nymphkin, angelkin (aka. Earth angels), elfkin, fairykin, mermaidkin, faunkin, robotkin, fictionkin, alienkin (aka. starseeds), animalkin (aka. therians) and countless others.

The man dressed as an elf exclaimed, 'Welcome, traveller. I am an elfkin. Please stop by and join our otherkin party.'

Otherkin Biology 

Otherkin Biology, also Otherkin Biologism, is the idea that there are biological causes for people become otherkin and therian, otherkin biology is derived from LGBT biology, that's the same thing but with LGBT. Otherkin biology advocates otherkin and therian behavior and consideration are more for a dysphoria and biologically determined than for mental illnesses. If proved correct, it might be a great step towards the recognition of otherkin and therian communities and rights, such as being proved that being otherkin or therian or even mythical/supernatural is the same thing as being a LGBT one according to LGBT biology.

"Otherkin Biology is a really amazing idea and hypothesis, futhermore, the studies on otherkin biology are still not well developed and they might take some years until be started. If proved right, being an otherkin or therian or even mythical/supernatural is more for a dysphoria and biologically determined than a purely mental illnesses, and it will show that even humans can have biological determined nonhuman traits and behavior."

Otherkin RPGer

RPG - role playing games/gamer... And the -er stands for ADDICT.

They use the internet to escape reality to feed their inferiority complex issues, thinking they finally become BIG when online, forgetting they are still really small in the real world.

They use RPG-ing as an excuse to scapegoat on people, to troll, harass and stalk other people online.

When role playing makes them feel big all of a sudden they become bullies that trample all over people.

RPG-ing gives the RPGer an excuse to look down on other people.

You find these freaks all over new age sites claiming to be otherkin, from aliens to angels.

Otherkin RPGer: "Hi I am the new jesus incarnate, bow down to me or prepared to be trolled by my mindless fuckheaded groupies!"

Me: "yeah so if you are jesus then I am God, where's the fucking love baby? I don't feel the love!! I don't see you bowing down to me, make yourself busy and kneel before me because there is no way in hell I would worship you!"

Otherkin RPGer: "oh you are such an evil hater, why can't you just let me and my hate pack groupies be?"

Me: "Because you try to force your divine role play personas down on other people.... I have a better idea why don't you just fucking worship me instead you attention motherfucking whore!"

Otherkin RPGer: "You will be so very sorry for not making me your god" (runs away crying)

Me: (thinking in a soliloquy) "is that weakness shining through? When you don't bow down and worship them as gods, they piss and moan and call you names realizing they aren't so special after all!"

Otherkin Rights Movement

Otherkin Rights Movement, shortened as ORM or OKRM, is a civil and social movement that seeks on the creation of otherkin rights and therian rights and the political and social recognition of otherkins/therinas as a social group and minority. Otherkin Rights Movement also supports that treament for species dysphoria should follow the same model as treatment for gender dysphoria and it advocates otherkinphobia should be treated as homophobia, transphobia and LGBTphobia are treated, and even advocating the creation of otherkin/therian nucleus on political parties and political movements, mainly left-wing political parties and movements.

"Otherkin Rights Movement is a fight for rights and recognition in 21st century, the same way as LGBT fought during the whole 20th century to have rights and social recognition as they have nowadays, but it might take some generations as happened with LGBT rights."

Otherkith 

A person who metaphorically assosiates with a non or partial human being.

(Notes: In other words, an otherkith is a human with a non/partial human alter-ego as opposed to an otherkin, which is usually a human who literally identifies as an incarnated non/partial human spirit.

Origin: The words, 'kin' & 'with' together.

(e.g. 'I am otherkith: My alter-ego is a werewolf, but I don't literally believe that I am one').

(The word, 'otherkith' is commonly used in the online otherkin community).
