Merva 

Merva is one of the holy mountains within Saudi Arabia (the other is Safa ). The reason that this mountain is so holy, is because it is at the site where a Muslim (who is physically and financially proper), is required to perform pilgrimage, also called Hajj in Arabic. Thus, Merva is also used as a common Muslim Girl's Name

The sound made when a person turns "inside out". It is caused when the lungs are crushed and the wind is forced out of the mouth, the effects of turning inside out alter the position of your tounge to make the sound "Mervlack".

The toxic gas caused him to turn inside out. He screamed "MERVLACK!"
