Skate 

Slang for moving extremely fast in video games. Skating is usually achieved by using exploits. Skate is usually accompanied by the in game ability that allows this exploit. Possibly originating from players in the military as other military terms have made their way into gaming.

Watching those speed runners zooming makes me want to learn how to skate. Gotta go fast.
