When a person complains so much about an individual bitching, they themselves are doing the same action as that individual.

"God damn, this dude won't stop bitching. Does he every stop bitching? I have to hear him bitch everyday. He is always bitching!"

The person who you always Bitch to ( not Bitch about)

Could also be refered to as your bitching pal/buddy. He/she probably doesnt care what your saying, but just listens. ( occasionaly joins in)

Tom: Argh, Tim is so annoying!
Luke: Yeah...
Tom: Sorry for being your Bitching Post by the way.
Luke: It's alright man...I don't like him anyway.

the act of venting or criticising something with no intent to serve any improvement of the thing criticised.

Jim goes in to Don's office, complaining about someone or something.
Don is trying to decide whether he's supposed to commiserate or start knocking heads.
Don asked, "is this a problem you want fixed, or just idle bitching?"
