Russiagate 

Avoiding taking responsibility for losing at something you thought was a sure thing by blaming Russia (of all things) while simoultaneously fabricating a distraction from your own corruption, incompetence and criminality.

By the time the idiot people figure out that Russiagate was a smokescreen for Hillary Clinton's own corruption and incompetence she will be too senile to remember anything had happened.

Rossing

The act of stealing a scrap of food hanging from someone's mouth before they have had a chance to swallow it up, and eating it for one's self. In more extreme cases, the rosser will use his elongated tongue to swill out the victim's mouth to collect any last residual drops of stolen food.

Occasionally, victims have reported hearing a clicking noise just before they have been attacked, and think this may be the rosser preparing himself for the raid.

Term used in adherence to fraternities when it comes to recruiting. In rushing; hordes of people are invited to a massive blowout party thrown by a certain fraternity. During this time, brothers can weed out who could make a good member of their organization. After this; they go to the people who stood out and recruit them for their fraternity. And than the hazing begins...
