A woman who knows what she's doing and very persuasive. Basically, a Flissy is a woman who gets and got want she wants.

Anne: So, did you get him to do it?
Josie: Hell yeah, and he said he'll do it for me another time. I got him wrapped around my finger...
Anne: Wow, nice work, Flissy.

To feel an overwhelming urge to be purposefully problematic, either via direct confrontations, or by a series of seemingly innocuous actions meant to cause aggravation.

I don't know about you fellas, but knowing who all is going to be there tonight, I'm starting to feel real flisky right about now.

Verb. Used to describe the action of adding someone to a friends list on LJ. Also used as a noun when referring the the friends list itself.

Flissed 

Completely and utterly horrifically, recklessly, irreparably, disastrously drunk. Sure signs of being Flissed are the inability to open doors, hold a chicken burger, or remain alive.

If one wants to trace Flissed people, they can usually be found at the end of a long line of strewn chicken burger salad, rambling on about tra-HA-HAs or some shit. Kind of like the pot of gold at the end of a rainbow - except nothing like that.

Cat - "Is she Flissed again?"
