To feel an overwhelming urge to be purposefully problematic, either via direct confrontations, or by a series of seemingly innocuous actions meant to cause aggravation.

Dette

An attractive female. The etymyolgy is as follows: Originally- "Hot" turned to "Burner" or "Burna". To allow for discretion, "Burnadette" was often used when one was spotted in a crowd. Eventually, this was shortened to simply, "Dette"

In a sea of inarticulate "rappers", it has become neccesary to delineate individuals skilled in the art of writing and performing rap music with this term, in order to seperate them from the inane blathering fools yammering on unintelligibly.

ex. "I tell ya what son, that Presidential Powers is an absolute Professional Rapsman, did you hear th lyrics in the second verse? Wooo!!!
