Dining Room

A room in which the twentieth century family sits down to have a nice meal together, usually dinner or supper for you southerners. Commonly, now adays, the dining room consists of computers, toys, boxes, last years christmas fruit cake and maybe even a book case.

"Will you turn the light on in the dining room so we can eat"

"Get your ass in the dining room and get me a book!"

the subsequent jog or full on sprint on the way back to your dorm room from the dining hall due to a sudden and serious urge to make a bowel movement onset by the meal that you just finished eating.

Dude A: "Hey man why are you runnin so fast back to the dorm? I thought we were going to stop at the library?"

Dude B: "Dude i gotta dining hall dash! Those beefy nachos are gonna make me squirt!"

Dining Amnesia

At a restaurant, when a waiter takes his sweet old time getting your meal that you start to forget what he looks like.

A case of dining amnesia.

Waiter: Welcome to Agave Mexican and seafood restaurant. What would you like to drink?

Customer: Sprite, please.

Waiter: Comin' right up.

Twenty minutes later.

Waiter: Here is your drink, miss.

Customer: Who the fuck are you?

Dining Hall 

A place designed for college students to get food. In actuality it is place for freshman girls to wear no bra and show off their nipples and asses in very revealing clothes.
