Vomitoes, pronounced like comatose, is when you step in vomit while wearing flip-flops.

When the kindly, older gentlemen asked the curator of the gallery for some information he was immediately struck by the vominous smell of the woman’s breath resulting in his hasty exit, but not before he told her she needed a breath mint.
