When something is uncontrollably, uncomfortably loose and shaggy. shaggy is kind of like the guy from the laundry detergent commercials shirt. it kind of looks ugly and musty and uncomfortable.

example- mom this shirt is too shaggy

3. Name for one who is similar in appearance to Shaggy from Scooby Doo.

5. A guy from Bowness who has three of these Shaggyable qualities, and is also very shaggable.
