Of or relating to procrastination; describes someone in the act of postponing the fulfillment of a requirement because of lazy or selfish reasons.
Instead of doing the 5 hours worth of homework assigned as soon as she got home from school, Stephanie was procrastinatory and surfed the web until midnight.

Procrastibator 

Procrastibator comes from the words procrastinator and masterbate and means to procrastinate by masterbating. Usually, this is one of the most common and more enjoyable forms of procrastination, but can also be incredibly dangerous to the work "at hand."

When one becomes motivated to do anything except their homework.
I have a paper due tomorrow but I was procrastinatorily motivated to clean my room.
