Floppiness, when muscles are so weak you struggle to stand move or sometimes even breath for no reason what so ever. Be aware to stand around people when they say they suffer from floppiness.....chances are they might just fall over.

Flappins 

The origin of flappins began in Rugby 2007 when sarah flapped out on the sofa after a smoke. Since then, Flappins now flaps out anywhere and everywhere, whether on a train, up a tree, in the fridge,etc.

Flappies 

Flappies is what a young bat does prior to being able to fly. It hangs on to something stationary like a tree branch with its feet, while flapping its wings vigorously, mimicking flight, in order to exercise and strengthen the muscles that will soon be required when it starts to fly. Older adult bats in captivity past the age of flight also engage in this activity.

A baby bat practices flappies every day until it is ready to fly.
