ATS 

Nathan Fillion created the acronym ATS as the short form for: Across The Sky. It can be used in conjunction with other acronyms and phrases, such as ATW, which is short for: All The Way.

It means that which is:

ATS - Amway Tool Scam, the symbiotic relationship between Amway and the LCKs. When the LCKs asked for more of the Amway profit, Amway turned them down, but then ignored the FACT the upline was TOTALLY misrepresenting the business model by showing the Amway marketing plan, but in reality making most of the profit from their "tools" sold to the downline, yet leaving the ATS out of the presentation.

I thought my Amway upline made most of their profit from Amway, because that's how they show the Amway marketing plan, but then I found out most of their profit comes from the ATS, and most IBOs (distributors) in their group operate at a loss.
