Together, the Scout Oath and Law form the general Code of Conduct for Boy Scouts. As taken from the Boy Scout Handbook, 11th edition, the Scout Law is as follows:
A Scout is trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean, and reverent.
Whenever you hear something negative about the BSA, you are hearing about people who choose to ignore the Scout Law. The BSA is not an organization of bigots and liers. Make no mistake, these are NOT real scouts, but impostors and assholes who sully the name. I am proud to be a scout. If everyone in the world followed the Oath and Law, the world would be a wonderful place.
On my honor,
I will do my best
to do my duty
to God and my country,
to obey the Scout Law,
to help other people at all times
and to keep myself physically strong, mentally awake and morally straight.
Glad I had my scout’s gear packed cause the counselor visited my tent around midnight.
By the end of camp I was borrowing other scout’s gear to make it through.
At camp, you could hear the boys breaking out their scout’s gear all through the night to give it a good old wank. By the end of summer those gak towels were stiff. Some had to move on to a crust sock.
Usually some 12-13 year old who's trying to be "cool" and "edgy" but ends up making themselves look like a fucking tool in the video gameTeam Fortress 2.
Little shit: I'm going to be a scout main and no one will stop me!
Actually respectable and good player: stfu and go download garfield cart or something.
