learnability

a statement made by some IT folk who perceives themselves to be knowledgeable enough to make up words.

Usually they're trying to describe to a 'normal human' the capability of a software product to enable the user to learn how to use it. Most people just use a full sentence, rather than make up silly words.

Learnability is intended to mean the measure of the degree to which a user interface can be learned quickly and effectively with learning time as the typical measure. Just say that instead of being a muppet.
When documenting software specifications, learnability is an important factor for the end user.

Learnagility

A variation of the word "learnability" which defines an approach to building a learning mindset rather than concentrate on the pathway to building a specific skill set. First coined for a discussion on the L&D strategy in Nagarro by Mukund Nair. Its a portmanteau of learning + agility.
In this uncertain world filled with disruption, we need people who not only have skills required today but the learnagility to acquire skills for tomorrow.

Stealthie

when you're holding up your phone and making faces at it, as though you are taking a selfie, but you're really taking a picture of the person across from you or the wall or anything else that seems interesting but you don't want to be caught dead taking a picture of.

This action is often made more convincing by wiggling the eyebrows or opening the mouth, to pretend you're trying to get a Snapchat filter to work.
FRIEND A: "Did you just take a stealthie of me?"

FRIEND B (turning phone around): "no I was just using snapchat's new filter, see?"
