Obstacle Illusion 

You meet a girl on facebook. She's hot from the chin up (i.e. profile picture); but upon closer examination of her pictures, you discover that she's huge from the chin down. Thus causing you to have to overcome this obstacle illusion.

"I added her because her profile picture was hot, but then i checked out more of her pictures and she's just another obstacle illusion"

A term used to rationalize tripping over something not visible to the eye.

After I tripped on the rug, I looked to see if there was anything there, and when there wasn't, I realized I had tripped over an obstacle illusion!
