It is a general term for all things good.

Symomyms include: beautiful, kind, generous, funny, lovable, thoughtful, amazing..

This slang is most common in rural Ontario.

You call "preem" something that is cool, great, something that feels premium. It's a positive adjective.

"This gonk ran drove the wall and flatlined, what a shame, his AV was actually preem".
"I got a preem gun here, Jackie gave it to me. May he rest in peace, see him in the major leagues!"
"All of these eddies just for me? Preeeeem!"

A shortened term used to describe the event of going out for "Pre Drinks" or going to a "Pre-Meeting"

1. We're gonna have a preemie at my house before we go to the club.
2. Before we meet with the Board of Directors, we should have a preemie to plan our presentation.

1) The art or practice of writing with ones genitile organ.

2) Quality or style of writing with the genitile organ.

1."That is some nice peemanship you have. I like the way you pee your "t's"."
