(pronounced "doo-gen") A term synonymous with "shit". Dugan is unique in it's flexibility in both written and verbal lexicon, in that the term can be used as a noun, verb, adjective, or any variation thereof (e.g. gerund) depending on the context. In every form, it is used to describe something derogatory.

-Used as a noun: "Ugh, I ate too much food...now I have to take a massive Dugan!"
-Used as a verb: "We really need to get that mongoose out of here...it Duganed all over the floor!"
-Used as an adjective: "The situation in Iraq is quickly turning Dugany!"
-Used as a gerund: "We should have never hired Casey, he is really Duganing all over our progress!"
-Used as an expletive: "Oh Dugan, there's blood in my Dugan!"
-Used as an adverb: "The arrogant half-wit in the workplace performed his job Duganly."

(n) 1. A Dugan is the name given to a person that always acts as if they are the smartest person in the crowd, yet are of low intelligence.

2. A person that acts simple minded, attracting attention to themselves by being goofy, in many cases could be smarter than they appear, but have no social graces.

We hung out at a perty with a few people last night, that one guy was a real Dugan.
