Caned It 

A common congratulatory statement amongst cool Doctors. It is the zenith of synonyms for "smashed it", "well done", "congrats".

On social events, this statement can be amended slightly to get down with the "young" dyslexic crowd by adding the word "you did" before "caned it

Patient - Doc, I beat that serious bout of Flu.
Doctor - you caned it !

Young member - O dude, I completed my dissertation and handed it in.
Doctor - you did caned it mate !

(New Zealand slang) When someone messes something up monumentally and stupendously, often with hilarious or unexpected consequences.

Person 1: Did you hear that Dave crashed his car into a power pole?
Person 2: Yep, he absolutely caked it
Person 1: I heard he puked all over the dash afterwards

Irish slang commonly used when one has too much to drink (or drugs) and gets sick or has Ill affects of having too much. Also used if you try something and fail

1.”did you see john at the party last night, he absolutely caked it and we had to bring him home”

2.Person 1: how did you get on in that test
Person 2: so bad I absolutely caked it
