Stands for Sales Performance Incentive Fund. (Or Performance, or Person.) It's what sales people get when they don't get a decent commission or salary. Sometimes involves extra company product, sometimes a bonus prize.

When Dave sold the big stereo this month, they Spiffed him a trip to Hawaii; The only spif that Bob got, was a tshirt and one of the refurbed DVD players.

Stands for Slow People in Formation. It's a term used for a situation where a large group of slow moving or meandering people effectivly create a road block.

"If we have to drive today, let's skirt around downtown. The street fair has turned the whole thing into a spif."

To smack ones penis in the face of another. Less homosexual alternative to T-Bagging, when used towards the same gender. Generally applied towards a drunken aquaintance during a dare.
