TCH (noun) stands for "Trump Cock Holster". It's a person that defends Trump even when all the demonstrable facts point to Trump screwing them. A TCH is someone that goes out to the grocery store during a pandemic without any PPE because Trump wants them to liberate themselves from the bondage of government suppression of social distancing.
