A hipster who has not seen the light of day for weeks at a time due to his propensity for seeing indie midnight concerts as well as his need to earn money to see said concerts by working graveyard shifts at the local video store.

SXSF is turning Steve into a real Danpire.

They never pay for the shows though 'cause they host some crappy late night college radio show and are always on the guest list... which they like to remind you of repeatedly when describing the show.
They work graveyards at the cool video store to pay for Pabst Blue Ribbon.

lame guy:"how was the Hair Police show?"
cool guy: "I was on the guest list"
lame guy: "danpire!"

dampire 

A vampire who is soaking wet. With rain, or regular water, cause holy water, of course, would kill them. Being technically already dead, a vampire can't catch a cold from being wet, but it still sucks.

Mavis: "Look at this!!! i am soaked to the fangs!!! What do you call a vampire who is soaking wet?"

Diane: "A dampire!!!
