This is a combination of the words 'bitch' and it's derivative, 'beotch'.

Synonymous to the word bitch. In close relation to the popular spelling beotch, more specifically implying the said bre-otch is overweight, ugly, and mildly psychotic. Stems from the Celtic name for a female, Bre-anne.

Another way to say "Sexy" or "I'd hit that". The slang "otch" literally means "Sex". However "Good Otch" doesn't literally mean "Good Sex", it's just a compliment or exclamation of a female's sexyness or beauty.
