The "PF pat-down" (also known as the "Patriot Plunge") is a homosexual act consisting of one (gay) man standing feet spread wide with both hands on his head, while a second (also gay) man comes up from behind and "checks for wires" (gropes him). This is often used as a ritual of "initiation"into a gay nightclub or, in many cases, a very serious militia group opposed to the US Government.
