Literally EVERYTHING is racism to you. I see what you're talking about but it's a broader issue and your solution only fixes the problem for SOME of the black people (Of which I AM in case we forgot who we're talking to) and the underlying problem will remain.

Does this only apply to appointed positions or do we need a proportionate number of elected officials? All
