Gilk is the shorthand word for "gross milk".

Gross milk is synthetically created by letting a gallon of milk sit in the fridge for 2 months until it has fully curdled and smells gross. This process can be sped up by letting it sit outside in direct sunlight on a warm day.

My friend hid a gallon of open gilk in my bedroom and now I don't sleep there anymore.
