A person, usually female who is both past it and haggard at the same time.

Did you see Amy Winehouse at the brits last night? She looked paggard.

A dumb, yet jolly person who enjoys eating piggishly and is ignorant to almost anything anyone has to say. Not to be confused with a slob or a 'fat shit,' but one who is merely chubby and amused easily. Also usually very gullable and easily confused.
